What is a TFP or TFCD shoot?

TFP means time for print and TFCD means time for Cd. A model offers their time and image to the photographer for a photo shoot and in return, the model receives select printed photos, or a photo Cd of select images. The photographer selects the images the model receives. There is no money paid to either the photographer, or the model.

What will I receive from my shoot?

As stated above, you will receive printed copies of select photos, or a photo Cd of select photos; at the photographer's discretion.

Is there any monetary compensation for the photo shoot?

No; all TFP and TFCD shoots are non-paid.

Are the images protected by copyright?

Yes, all images taken by Poetic Reflections, as well as the photographer representing Poetic Reflections, are protected by copyright laws. Poetic Reflections, as well as its photographer retain all rights to images produced. No image may be copied, reproduced, or otherwise altered without the expressed written consent of Poetic Reflections or the photographer.

How many images will I receive?

The number of images is determined by the photographer according to their discretion. There is no predetermined minimum or maximum.

Do I have to sign a release?

Yes, all models attending TFP or TFCD shoots are required to show proof of age, either by driver's license or other photo identification and must also sign a release form prior to shooting. A copy of this release form is mailed to the model along with the select prints or select photo images on Cd. This release gives Poetic Reflections, and its photographer, expressed written consent to utilize the model's images on all publicity materials, as well as the website of Poetic Reflections.
